Before booking your appointment, please take time to review my cancellation and general policies. 1) A credit card is required to confirm your appointment, which will be securely stored in my payment system. This card will be used to pay the non-refundable deposit required at booking for most services. The deposit goes toward the total cost of the service and is lost if you cancel or fail to show up to your appointment. After 20 minutes you are considered a no-show. 2) By booking your appointment you agree that if you no-show or cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, your card on file will also incur a 50% charge of your service total. 3) Before booking a next-day appointment, please make sure it fits with your schedule, as the usual cancellation fees will apply if you no-show. 4) To book a same day appointment contact me. Additional policies: 1) No extra guests can accompany you to your appointment. 2) Since I am an at-home stylist, I will not wash or blow dry hair unless specifically requested. Come with hair washed and blow dried for knotless braid service. 3) 1b braiding hair is included for all applicable braiding services. If you would like a different hair color, 72 hour notice is required.
